The Armour and the Dell
For all their supposed "Amazing" and "Astounding" and "On-Site" claims about their technical support service, Dell is NOT living up to the expectations that IT built. I've only spoken to 6 (or is it 7?) help desk reps for a total of probably 8 hours, so maybe I haven't given them a fair shot here. It's hard to aim accurately all the way to India. It's the additional 30+ hours I've spent trying to get the PC reimaged and actually running that is eating away at the high hopes I had. Considering it's STILL nowhere near running properly (sorry - you want to connect to the Internet and go to more than one page? You want the modem driver download to be current?). I give up. I need personal tech support team. ↑ |
